This is a partnership between the church (Calvary Chapel Entebbe) and the Child Care (Asifiwe Child Care) for the children in the school (Calvary Chapel Christian School) and the Asifiwe home.

Therefore with the choir we seek to instruct children through songs, dance, drama, and sharing of testimonies, and expose them to the world. At the same time, reaching out to people in Africa and across the world with the evangelistic message of God’s saving love and hope for every soul, regardless of race or social status.

The experience gives the children exposure to other cultures, broadening their worldview. It also gives them confidence, boldness and helps them rise up out of their own situations of sadness and despair. The Children’s Choir also acts as an ambassador to the world on behalf of the orphaned and vulnerable children of Africa by raising awareness of the Ministry and its needs. And also promote the work of the school (Calvary Chapel Christian School).

Asifiwe Children’s Choir represents the many children of Uganda and Africa as a whole, who, having experienced tragedies which have left them orphaned, abandoned, and begging on the streets, hopeless and looking for love. Read more www.ccentebbe.org/asifiwe
